Mr. Charles Lee O'Neal A native of Jefferson, MS and resident of Mobile, Alabama was born on April 23, 1949 to the Late Mr. & Mrs Clarence (Latisha Williams) O'Neal Sr., departed this life suddenly on Thursday February 10, 2022. He is preceded in death by his two brothers Mr. Clarence O'Neal. and Mr. Roy O'Neal; Father and Mother -N- Laws Mr. Leo (Mattie Hunter) Brinkley; two sons Mr. Kevin Brinkley and Mr Aaron Brinkley.
Neal was a dedicated Railroad conductor and Locomotive. Retired from CN Railroad 32 years
Neal is survived by his wife, Constance Brinkley O'Neal, of 43 years and Four sons Rodney Brinkley Mobile, AL; Larry Charles Wingston, Carpenter , MS; Darrly King, Cantonment, FL; Mark O'Neal, Tuscaloosa, AL; One sister Audrey O'Neal, Hazelhurst, MS; Five Grandchildren Rodney Smith, Demarcus Brinkley, and Destiny Brinkley of Mobile, AL Makala O'Neal, Fatasia O'Neal of Tuscaloosa, AL. Three Sister - N – Laws Linda (Marshall) Chapman; Juanita ( Edward) Jackson, of Mobile, AL and Cynthia Brinkley of Lancaster, PA; One Brother -N - Law Dwight (Rickey) Brinkley of Mobile, AL One devoted Aunt Emma Jean Ennis of Fayette,MS; Devoted Daughter – N- Law Margaret Shinall, of Jackson, MS; One Devoted God daughter Veronica (Ronnie) Smith Dixon, One Devoted Godson Ira (Tameka) Amos Jr., of Mobile. Two Devoted friends William Burrell and Vincent Carter. A host of other Relatives and Friends.
