Ginger Lea Moore, 52, passed away on the evening of June 19, 2023. Ginger was born on February 18, 1971, to the late Leon Smith and Alana Pigott Smith in Hazlehurst, Ms. She loved life and everything in it. She was incredibly passionate about what she believed in and loved fiercely. Ginger enjoyed being with friends and family, cooking, relaxing on the beach and recently had the joy of being a grandmother to her sweet Sofia. She also loved her sweet little fur baby Lil Bit. She absolutely lived life to the fullest.
She is preceded in death by her father Leon Smith, her Step Mother Emma Jean Smith, her paternal grandparents William and Ola May Smith and her maternal grandparents Allen Pigott and Betty Armstrong.
She is survived by Vivian Wittner and Joy Pierce Lins-Walker.
Those left to cherish her memory are, son James Taylor Moore (Eleni) and granddaughter Sofia, “Mother” Alana Pigott Smith and stepfather Steve Felton. Sisters Glenda Coghlan (Brian) and Rachel Case (Tate). Brothers Matt Harris (Rachel) and Jerry Smith (Darla). Nephews William Smith, Jake Smith and Randy Harris. Neices Ray Harris (Courtney), Chey Harris, Maggie Mapp (Michael), Emalyn Byrd (Karlton), Courtney Coghlan, Lorelai Langley and McKinley Harris, and other loving family members and friends.
