Kenny Smith (58) passed away on January 25, 2024, in Atmore, Alabama surrounded by the love of his family and friends. Kenny was born July 4, 1965, to Gene & Linda Smith and grew up in the Florence area. He was a beloved husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.

Kenny was a loving man of God who was a bright light in the world. He encouraged his brothers and his family in their daily walks, through teaching, meditation, prayer, and mentoring. 

Kenny was an avid reader, a writer, and an artist. He loved anything to do with cars and motorcycles. He especially loved learning, instructing, and playing chess. He enjoyed discovering new things, spending time with his family and friends, and never met a stranger. 

Kenny is survived by: Wife: Deanna Smith; Mother: Linda Smith; Children/grandchildren: Steven [Chandon] Tiggleman (Hollie, Danni, Lexie, Ryland, Archer, Livvy)

Michael [Chloe] Bryant (Crimson Blayden), Quitney Butler, (Luran Wilson); Sisters: Karen Smith & Tammy Smith; Nieces/Nephews: Jessica, Emily, Tiffany, Luke, Paige, Cody, Josie, Wesley; His Brothers, 

Received in Heaven By: Micheal Smith, Joseph”Joey” Smith, Ashlyn Brooke Bryant, his Brothers 

There will be a Celebration of Kenny’s life and freedom will be held on July 4, 2024.  More information to come.
