Lillie Ruth Drinkard

Mrs. Lillie Ruth McCarroll Drinkard was born on November 11, 1950, to Mr. Eugene and Clara McCarroll. Lillie loved singing, dancing, cooking, and caring for her family. She received the baptism of the Holy Ghost under the leadership of the late Bishop Clifton and Dorothy Enlers at St. John A.O.H. Church of God and later united with True Word Deliverance under the leadership of Pastors Cye and Wanda Hunter.

Lillie exchanged life for eternity on Sunday, August 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Jacob Drinkard Jr., her parents, Mr. Eugene and Clara McCarroll, three brothers, David, Donald, and Anthony McCarroll, two sisters, Lasonya Robinson and Larvetta Burden, two granddaughters, Renechia Drinkarad and Jaliah Drinkard. She also leaves to cherish her love and memories two beautiful daughters, Aiysha (Carl) Turner and Renee (Greg) Waters; one son, Frederick (Patrice) Drinkard all of Mobile, AL; five loving brothers, Albert McCarroll, Pastor Eugene (Jaqueline) McCarroll, Minister Jerry (Henrietta) McCarroll all of Mobile, AL, Ezekiel (Valarie) McCarroll of Oakwood Village, OH, and Preston (Marsha) McCarroll of Maple Heights, OH; four beautiful sisters, Sadie (Joe) Mackie, Evangelist Charlotte (Malcolm) Poe, Pastor Wanda (Cye) Hunter all of Mobile, AL, and Prophetess Cheryl (David) Blackston of Tampa, FL; two sisters-in-law, Ola Duncan of Stone Mountain, GA and Dorothy Drinkard of Mobile, AL; two brothers-in-law, John Drinkard of Buena Park, CA and Fred (Bernadette) Carter of Mobile, AL; eleven devoted grandchildren, Jawanda Drinkard, Tawshawn (India) Drinkard, Jakeria Drinkard, Akimulisa Payne, Sedrick (Ashley) Lockhart, Shanteria Major, Naydia Drinkard, Chat Payne all of Mobile, AL, Lahavis Jones of Denver, CO, Kaiglyn Jones of Morrow, GA, and LaDarrius (Christina) Drinkard of Killeen, TX; twenty devoted great-grandchildren, and a host of devoted nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
