Stacey R. Carter departed this life on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Stacey was born on November 17, 1981, to Theresa Carter and Samuel Gordon.

She was preceded in death by her father Samuel Gordon, grandmother McBethel Carter, grandfathers Willie Gordon and David Clausell, of Mobile, Alabama.

She is survived by her loving, caring, and committed mother, Theresa Carter, one sister, Genise (Kevin) Matthews, grandmother, Eloise Gordon, three aunts, one devoted Dorothy C. Smith, Patricia Gordon, and Sharon Jones, four uncles David E. Carter, James L. Carter, Willie James Gordon, and Anthony Gordon, three nephews Robert Carter, Antonio Dubose, and Kevin Matthews Jr, and three great nephews, and a host of cousins and friends.
