Listen, you can work at a funeral home and serve families like it's nothing. But, when it's your time and you have to sit at the table it's a different story. My uncles put me in charge of putting away their mommy and I must say I had some bumps along the way but with my Wonderful Co Workers I Was able to do it with no problems! I don’t know who y’all have been choosing for your loved ones funeral services but if it has not been with Legacy Funeral Home you have yet to experience what real compassion during grievance is. These people are absolutely amazing! They are VERY detailed, very professional, COMPASSIONATE and thorough! They do not finalize….they WILL NOT stop until you are 100% Happy! I know from experience with other family members that I would not and could not have received the service I’ve received from them anywhere else in Mobile, Alabama! I am beyond pleased! You all should consider renaming your franchise to “Heaven Sent” because that’s exactly what you guys are! I am BEYOND thankful, beyond HAPPY and 120% satisfied!
